ISLAMIC AL-JUMUAA REMINDER AND LEGACY GROUP (http://aljumaareminder.com/) saving our sisters through reminder:
O you who believe! Ward off from yourselves and your families a Fire (Hell) whose fuel is men and stones, over which are (appointed) angels stern (and) severe, who disobey not, (from executing) the Commands they receive from Allah, but do that which they are commanded. (Qur’an 66:6)
SAVING OUR WOMEN FROM THE CAMEL HUMP FASHION
But no, by your Lord, they can have no Faith, until they make you (O Muhammad SAW) judge in all disputes between them, and find in themselves no resistance against your decisions, and accept (them) with full submission. (Qur’an 4:65)
Now that we have established that that no one can have faith until they make Prophet Muhammad (SAW) judge in all disputes and find no resistance in themselves against any of his decisions. Allah swears by this to show the intensity. Normally a person swears to make people believe in him; the fact that Allah swears by Himself should make one submit fully without any resistance to any authentic Sahih Sunnah.
By the star when it goes down, (or vanishes). Your companion (Muhammad SAW) has neither gone astray nor has erred. Nor does he speak of (his own) desire. (Qur’an 53:1-3)
Allah further assures us that our Prophet has neither gone astray nor has erred and that he does not speak of his own desire. Now let us consider the hadith below:
The Book of the Prohibited actions; Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, “There are two types of people who will be punished in Hell and whom I have not seen: men having whips like the tails of cows and they will be beating people with them, and, women who will be dressed but appear to be naked, inviting to evil; and they themselves will be inclined to it. Their heads will appear like the humps of the Bactrian camel inclined to one side. They will not enter Jannah and they will not smell its fragrance which is perceptible from such and such a distance.” [Muslim] [Arabic/English book reference: Book 18, Hadith 1633]
Dear sister(s) please think about the way you dress. Is it to please others? Or is it to please Allah? Unfortunately many Muslim women are following this trend of wearing the camel hump style while it was made impermissible by our Prophet (Muhammad SAW). Since he is the final Prophet his ultimate Miracle the Quran has to be as convincing in his time when he was alive till the end of time as well as his Sunnah.
If Allah and His Messenger make things haram and we do them then we will be punished if we don’t repent and get Mercy from Allah.
…And whatsoever the Messenger gives you, take it, and whatsoever he forbids you, abstain (from it), and fear Allah. Verily, Allah is Severe in punishment. (Qur’an 59:7)
Let us take note of the following:
- These women who wear camel humps didn’t exist at the time of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) as can be seen in the hadith above; where our Prophet said, “There are two types of people who will be punished in Hell and whom I have not seen”
- The women at the time of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) despite having long hair must have kept their hijab in a simple manner and not a camel hump style. Our Prophet doesn’t lie especially when he said that he has not seen the camel hump style in his time; and Allah says: And verily, you (O Muhammad SAW) are on an exalted standard of character (Qur’an 68:4)
- Dear sister please reconsider the fact that having this feature of the camel hump risks you having to go to hell fire, is it worth it? The majority of the inhabitants of hell are women.
Chapter: The characteristics of Paradise, and the fact that it has already been created; Narrated `Imran bin Husain: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “I looked at Paradise and found poor people forming the majority of its inhabitants; and I looked at Hell and saw that the majority of its inhabitants were women.” [Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari 3241] [In-book reference: Book 59, Hadith 52] [USC-MSA web (English) reference : Vol. 4, Book 54, Hadith 464]
When there is a new disease or problem tackling only a specific category of people; people normally take precautions even if they are just imagining things. For example some people who draw a lot of money are sometimes robbed; not everyone is robbed but when you draw a lot of money you become super careful and you go straight to your goal, you don’t wander around and think everyone is out to get you. Why then are you super careful in this case which doesn’t occur often but when it comes to the fact you are assured the majority of inhabitants in hell are women and women who wear camel humps have a higher chance of being in hell you don’t seem to believe?
We failed to find the sources of the hadith below but just because we failed doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist if it exists. If it exists please pounder.
“There will be in the last of my Ummah, scantily dressed women, the hair on the top of their heads like a camel’s hump. Curse them, for verily they are cursed.” [At-Tabarani and Sahih Muslim] [Citation needed – We tried looking for the source but have failed; it may or may not exist. We placed it because experts in hadith have mentioned this hadith in their lectures]
We are not here to judge any sister and her intentions. We just wanted to make those who are ready to listen and obey to hear and obey. We should not be like those mentioned in the Quran who say we hear and disobey. The believers in the Quran say we hear and obey.
Say: “Obey Allah and obey the Messenger, but if you turn away, he (Messenger Muhammad SAW) is only responsible for the duty placed on him and you for that placed on you. If you obey him, you shall be on the right guidance. The Messenger’s duty is only to convey in a clear way.” (Qur’an 24:54)112 - IARLG - Saving our women from the Camel hump fashion; Date 15th April 2016; 7th or 8th Rajab 1437 (89 downloads)
